Seashore Forage Flaggy Shore - Staff Development In May 2018 lecturers from the Department of Culinary Arts traveled by car to Linnane’s Bar, Newquay, Co. Clare , from where we continue to the Flaggy Shore Beach to identify seashore plants. As the tide was moving out we moved with the lowering water line to identify and forage a variety of seaweed. As this is a passion of mine, I facilitate this guided walk and we finish the afternoon with a visit to Linnane’s Bar for a light lunch.
