Welcome to my E-Portfolio... My name is Ulrich Hoeche and I am a lecturer in Culinary Arts at the Galway International Hotel School at the Atlantic Technological University Galway City. This position not only gives me the opportunity to pass on my knowledge, but it also allows me to inspire future chefs and ignite their passion for the culinary craft, an area full of creativity and one of the very few professions which allows you to use all your senses. |
